This session assesses the current situation of the status of women and informs unions of the continued importance of forming a status of women committee.
The union’s status of women officer will be able to draw up a medium and long-term work plan taking into account issues like pay equity, workplace health, sexual harassment and women’s place and representation in the CSN.
